TRB145 Teltonika Industrial Rugged LTE RS485 Gateway
The Teltonika TRB145 is an industrial 4G (CAT1) 2G/3G gateway, featuring a Micro-USB socket, an LTE SMA connector and an RS485 port. This gateway uses RutOS, a highly customisable Linux environment with mission-critical LTE capabilities that make it excellent for a wide variety of advanced IoT scenarios, such as providing network access to industrial equipment and computers.
The RS485 port supported by the TRB145 is widely used for remote device management; its 1.2GHz processor and 128Mb of RAM ensures it can excel at this for any device. Among the various other features, the TRB145 supports are firewall services, FOTA, SSH, CLI, VPN and SMS utilities. An additional benefit of the RS485 support is the ability to allow for long cabling distances in environments with a lot of electric noise.
The TRB145 is extremely energy efficient and its frame is robust as well as being small and lightweight, making it highly adaptable and reliable for many scenarios, whether domestic or industrial.
